Ed Sullivan

As Collective Resilience’s Managing Director, Ed has a passion for helping responders and response teams in becoming the very best they can be, regardless of the sector they work in.
Ed’s career in Local Authority Fire & Rescue was culminated with a two-year secondment as a Station Officer / Head of Department at the Fire Service College, Moreton in Marsh, where he worked with public and private sector response teams from around the world.
This gave Ed the wide ranging and diverse knowledge, perspective, and expertise around hazmat response, meaning he can talk with confidence about differing response models.
In 2019, Ed took up the position of Head of Hazmats at the National Chemical
Emergency Centre in the UK, providing training and consultancy services within
sectors such as engineering, mining, response, aviation and education.
Ed feels very proud to bring this team of Associates and Partners to together to support those who have a responsibility for preventing, preparing for, or responding to incidents involving hazmats and CBRN.
