With a hand-picked team of elite Associates, we provide UK emergency services, international agencies, and private sector leaders with the technical intelligence required to prevent, prepare for, and respond to complex incidents in the ever-changing world in which we live, bridging the critical gap between traditional emergency response and the emerging risks of the 21st century.

With a wealth of experience totalling over 350 years in front-line response at operational, tactical, and strategic levels within the UK emergency services and military, we deliver value by sharing our experiences and recounting stories of how we have managed incidents—both successful and challenging.

Collective Resilience offers courses which are compliant with various standards and guidance, we do not deliver ‘off-the-shelf’ training. Rapid progress and technological advancements in the world around us mean that every course is constantly under review to ensure it is as current, compliant, and relevant as possible.

We actively seek accreditation to guarantee that our material meets the highest standards. Whilst we value our relationship with JOIFF, we are also able to align and accredit our material with organisations specific to your sector if required, ensuring the training is relevant and appropriately certificated.

We acknowledge that many former and current responders possess the experience required to deliver training and consultancy. However, what distinguishes Collective Resilience is the compassion, empathy, and enthusiasm of our team.
