Neil is a retired fire officer with over 32 year’s extensive experience in emergency response, CBRN advice, response and deployment, crisis management and disaster response. Neil has an extremely wide breadth of expertise and knowledge both within and outside of the fire service including collaborative working with partner and outside agencies and public protection.
As a qualified practitioner in Prince 2 project management methodology, Neil regularly practices change management who is versatile, dynamic, inclusive and driven, with a track record of proven success and producing quick results at all levels of response.
With specialised experience for 12 years as a qualified teacher/instructor and assessor, quality assurance, CBRN/hazardous materials and health & safety, Neil has a proven record of successfully working under pressure at multiple levels including operational, tactical and strategic.
In addition to bring a valued member of the Collective Resilience team, Neil also works as a National Resilience detection, identification and monitoring trainer.
